About the role
The Operations Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, focusing on operational architecture, financial ownership, risk and compliance navigation, scaling without bureaucracy, cross-functional leverage, and adaptive execution.
Responsibilities
- Build the first version of operational systems, especially those you don't know much about.
- Optimize existing systems to make them more robust and efficient.
- Track burn, forecast runway, and analyze tradeoffs and bottlenecks in financials.
- Assess, redline, and maintain structured oversight of contracts and obligations.
- Design systems that add clarity and accountability without slowing down the team's velocity.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships and prevent silos from forming.
- Recalibrate priorities quickly when necessary.
Requirements
- Quickly learn and adapt to new areas of expertise.
- Think in terms of bottlenecks and solutions with clear deadlines.
- Have an executive mindset and be able to prioritize effectively.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with various teams within the company.
- Operate autonomously and make decisions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience operating in a human data, AI, or SaaS startup.
- Technical, finance, or intense operational background.
- Bias towards action and iteration over perfection.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
