About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, people-centered operator to lead cross-functional special projects, help intentionally build and steward our company culture, and drive the responsible integration of AI tools across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Special Projects
    • Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives sponsored by leadership (e.g., operational improvements, finance projects, internal launches, pilot programs).
    • Define project scope, timelines, objectives, milestones, and ownership.
    • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and mitigating organizational risk.
    • Prepare updates, summaries, and materials for leadership reviews.
    • Act as a connector across teams to keep work moving forward.
    • Drive and spearhead the end-to-end execution by taking full lifecycle ownership from initial scoping through long-term maturity.
    • Act as the primary driver of sustained momentum, ensuring that pilot programs and internal launches transition into successful, permanent fixtures of the organization’s roadmap.
    • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to align business units and ensure accountability.
  • Culture & Engagement Programs
    • Design the structured adoption of company-wide culture initiatives (e.g., onboarding experiences, team activities, recognition programs).
    • Partner with leaders to translate company values into day-to-day behaviors and practices.
    • Lead planning and governance of internal meetings, off-sites, and engagement activities.
    • Gather feedback through surveys, listening sessions, or informal check-ins and help translate insights into action.
    • Oversee internal communications that reinforce transparency, connection, and belonging.
  • AI Strategy & Enablement
    • Direct the rollout and adoption of approved AI tools across teams.
    • Partner with Operations and leadership to document best practices, guardrails, and use cases.
    • Develop simple training materials, guides, or office hours to support responsible AI usage.
    • Act as a point of coordination for AI-related questions, feedback, and improvement ideas.
    • Monitor how AI tools are being used and surface insights or opportunities to leadership.
    • Help ensure AI usage aligns with company values, client expectations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, project management, internal programs, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
  • Clear, thoughtful, written and verbal communication
  • Comfort introducing new tools or processes and helping others adopt them
  • Curiosity and openness to AI and emerging technologies
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Bonus: Experience in a creative agency, production company, or client-facing environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 annual salary (exempt, full-time)
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Medical, dental and vision insurance
    • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Flexible work environment
  • Collaborative, creative, and supportive team culture
