Manager - Source to Pay Systems

Role Overview

A Manager in Source to Pay Ariba is responsible for leading client engagements focused on procurement and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project work streams from initiation to completion
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality standards
• Drive process transformation, operational performance enhancements, and organizational restructuring
• Develop client value propositions aligning financial metrics with business improvements
• Support proposal development and business growth through client relationships

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation experience with a strong procurement background
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Deep understanding of supply chain and procurement processes across industries
• Experience leading Ariba design sessions and configuring system capabilities to meet complex needs
• Knowledge of technology transformations, hybrid agile approaches, and integration architecture
• Ability to collaborate across multiple workstreams and work with C-level executives
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
