Source to Pay Manager

About the role

This position involves leading Ivalua Source to Pay (STP) implementations as a solution architect, focusing on Indirect and Direct Procurement, Services, and Intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Ivalua capabilities supporting procurement processes.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities and oversee full‑lifecycle project execution, coordinating with client and KPMG teams.
• Apply best practices and business process expertise to solve complex client requirements.
• Support business development through opportunity identification and proposal development.
• Contribute to thought leadership and enhance Ivalua implementation methodologies.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring professional growth and practice excellence.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent Ivalua experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in procurement, including Accounts Payable, invoice automation, and supplier onboarding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Leadership abilities with technical proficiency to communicate findings to senior management.
• Ability to travel as needed.
