Manager, Solutions Architecture - GPU and Networking Systems

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Solutions Architecture - GPU and Networking Systems to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead a team focused on advanced GPU and networking solutions for data center environments. You will serve as a key technical advisor to customers, translating complex compute, network, and software requirements into practical deployment strategies. The position will also shape product direction by gathering customer feedback and identifying new opportunities that align with business growth in high-performance infrastructure.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

Compensation: $224,000 – $431,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of architects and engineers supporting GPU and AI networking deployments
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and provide expert guidance on solution design
• Lead discussions on network, compute, and software architecture
• Gather and synthesize customer requirements to inform product roadmap decisions
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on advanced GPU and networking systems
• Identify new project opportunities for the company's products in data center environments

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Systems, Solutions, or Field Engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, and system software
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects from design through production
• Strong time management skills with the ability to balance planning and hands-on support
• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and producing documentation
