About the role
NVIDIA is seeking a GPU system and process scheduling architect to design the next generation GPU system interface. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to advancements in artificial intelligence and various product lines.
Responsibilities
- Understand how GPU sub-system modules interact and operate within the overall system
- Architect and plan features in collaboration with software, hardware, and verification teams
- Create functional and performance models in C++ and develop test plans to validate new features
- Support post-silicon validation activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Compute Architecture, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience coding in C or C++
- Knowledge of Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, and System Architecture
Qualifications
- Knowledge of memory isolation and security, firmware, process scheduling, OpenGL, DirectX, CUDA, Deep Learning/Machine Learning, PCIe, AXI, NVLink, and/or CXL
- Experience with Perl or Python
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
- Base salary range: $124,000 - $195,500 for Level 2, and $152,000 - $241,500 for Level 3
Schedule
- Full-time position
