Responsibilities
- Lead a geographically distributed team of Solutions Architects for Enterprise customers in the West
- Mentor team members for their professional growth and technical proficiency
- Attract and retain a talented team through effective hiring and onboarding processes
- Engage with customers directly to guide technical evaluations and adoption of the company
- Ensure high-quality technical evaluations and product demonstrations that meet customer needs
- Work with sales managers on strategic account planning and supporting forecasts
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to gather insights that influence product direction
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technical team management and development
- Background in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting in an enterprise context
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaborations effectively
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD principles
- Familiar with cloud technology and customer adoption trends
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business operations
