Manager, Software Engineering (Marketplace Performance)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering (Marketplace Performance) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a software engineering team focused on delivering highly reliable, large-scale backend systems that support critical business performance. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to set technical strategy, manage risk, and drive execution across the full development lifecycle. The position also emphasizes building strong operational processes, fostering engineering quality, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment.
