Software Engineering Sr. Manager – Marketplace

About You And The Role

The role is part of Zipline's Marketplace Software team, which is responsible for developing tools and services that help manage and improve the marketplace. This includes managing day-to-day marketplace health, resolving issues quickly, and scaling the delivery experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow an exceptional team of software engineers.
• Owning the roadmap and execution for a group of marketplace management tools, services, and products.
• Build a beloved marketplace app.
• Partner closely with Product to bring clarity to the chaos and enable top engineers to move at high velocity.
• Work with technical leads to improve the software architecture to enable efficient scaling.
