• Delivers scalable, business-aligned system design solutions through predictive or adaptive approaches
• Demonstrated exposure to, or hands-on experience with, GenAI coding assistants used across day-to-day engineering workflows in the SDLC
• Uses AI assistance for common dev tasks (code suggestions, test generation, review support, automation scripts, troubleshooting) with clear ownership for correctness and quality

Skills

• Familiar with agentic workflows, spec-driven development
• Experience designing and managing AI agents that execute multi-step software delivery workflows
• Ability to integrate agents with engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, issue trackers, test frameworks, cloud platforms)
• Defines guardrails, approvals, and escalation paths for safe autonomous execution
• Experience measuring agent effectiveness using engineering KPIs such as lead time, defect rate, and deployment success
• Applies analytical thinking to abstract factors, guides outcomes, and sets priorities
• Consistently maintains clear, open communication to enhance collaboration with others
• Leverages industry expertise to guide strategy and guide team members in industry and marketplace dynamics
