Manager Social Services -LCSW
About the Role
Plans, organizes, directs, defines, and coordinates clinical services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, and regulatory guidelines in order to provide effective therapeutic care to behavioral health patients. The Behavioral Health Social Services Manager is responsible for managing the social work and activity therapy staff to establish and maintain therapeutic programming and coordination of care with other departments and the community.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work Required
- 5+ years’ acute care experience Preferred
- 2+ years’ leadership experience Preferred
Qualifications
- State of Florida LCSW Required
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 30 days of hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Grace 30 days after hire Required
- Finger Print Background Required

About the Organization
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital offering a full range of services. We are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast, providing interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery.
