Manager Site Budgets

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Site Budgets to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee site budgeting activities that support clinical studies and ensure investigator grants and cost estimates are accurate, timely, and compliant. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, CROs, and site contacts to review budget changes and manage amendments tied to study scope. It also plays a key role in improving budgeting processes, training peers, and strengthening team capability across site budget operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$114,800 – $187,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate total investigator grants and cost estimates for studies
• Review proposed budget changes from CROs and sites
• Ensure timely and compliant deliverables
• Maintain relationships with internal client groups
• Lead process improvements and training sessions
• Onboard and mentor peers
• Manage changes to study scope and budget amendments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of direct clinical site budgeting experience in biopharmaceuticals, CRO, or site environments
• 6 months of mentoring and training experience
• Strong knowledge of site budgeting practices
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
