Manager, SFCC Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to clarify solutions and objectives
• Define and execute quality engineering strategies for Salesforce
• Establish and promote quality standards across Agile teams
• Drive initiatives for test effectiveness and speed of delivery
• Champion shared quality responsibility across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years leading a quality engineering team
• Strong automation experience and test automation framework design
• Experience in full software development lifecycle
• Solid understanding of IT tools, processes, and methodologies

$115,000 – $175,000 annually
