Manager , Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of design from research to visual execution
• Apply a methodical process to deliver user experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align user and business needs
• Advocate for user-centered design through communication
• Lead design workshops and user research activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a UX Architect, Designer, or Product Designer
• 2+ years in user research, interaction design, or visual design
• 1+ year working with Agile and lean methodologies
• 1+ year of stakeholder engagement in business/enterprise applications
• 1+ year executing user-centered design from research to implementation
• 1+ year designing and prototyping in Figma
• 1+ year experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS)

Pay

$101,970 – $203,940 annually
