Responsibilities
- Lead AI and analytics-driven initiatives to solve complex business problems for Pharma and Life Sciences clients.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, data scientists, and ML engineers.
- Engage closely with client stakeholders and onsite teams to understand business priorities and challenges.
- Facilitate client workshops to identify high-impact business problems suitable for AI and advanced analytics solutions.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, well-defined analytical problem statements.
- Oversee delivery of commercial analytics use cases such as MMX, NBX, digital transformation, patient segmentation, payer segmentation, and patient journey analytics.
- Ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, and measurable business outcomes across engagements.
- Present insights, recommendations, and results to senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of relevant experience delivering advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong domain expertise in Pharma or Life Sciences, within an analytics consulting environment.
- Hands-on experience with commercial analytics use cases such as MMX, NBX, patient analytics, payer analytics, and patient journey analysis.
- Good understanding of healthcare and life sciences data sources such as APLD, Truven, Optum, Symphony, or similar datasets.
- Proven ability to work with AI and advanced analytics techniques to drive business value.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and clarify ambiguous business problems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
