About the role
The Manager/Senior Manager, Human Resources will lead the human resources function in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Administer and manage all HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and training.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
