About the role

The Manager/Senior Manager, Human Resources will lead the human resources function in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Administer and manage all HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
