Responsibilities
- Help clients realize value by contributing to strategic sessions and identifying opportunities to improve pricing strategy and overall deposit management
- Unlock insights through data analytics
- Explain Curinos ’ proprietary methodology to clients, including Flow of Funds and price elasticity models
- Provide clients with timely support for questions about both our platforms and analytics
- Design and lead training sessions to help our clients find value in the platform
- Lead regular meetings with clients and become their trusted partner
- Manage Implementations and Projects: Manage project timelines and deliverables for client implementations
- Gather and define business requirements for new platform implementations and/or for new client projects
- Leadership: Foster a culture of client centricity, analytical rigor, and consistent execution
- Manage team workloads, prioritization, and quality of client deliverables
- Collaborate with peer managers on cross-organizational initiatives and best-practice development
Qualifications
- Exhibit enthusiasm for learning, particularly diving into new subject areas
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be curious and able to apply structure and logic to break down complex problems
- Embrace multitasking and take on responsibility to get things done

- Illustrate passion and creativity in professional pursuits, academic endeavors, and personal interests
- Have the ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range from 0% to 20% depending on engagement, but will most likely be up to a few days per month
- Have 3-10 years of experience in a related field; prior experience with retail banking, management consulting, or SaaS delivery is valued but not required
