Manager/ Senior Consultant - Reinsurance
About the role
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, risk profile, and business requirements, through interviews and workshops.
Document requirements, assess, optimize, and implement systems to ensure process improvements and best practices are followed.
Undertake the implementation of reinsurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing insurance operations.
Collaborate with the Client’s internal teams, including operations, accounting, finance, and IT/ Data, to deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape.
Responsibilities

- Undertake the implementation of reinsurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing insurance operations
- Collaborate with the Client’s internal teams, including operations, accounting, finance, and IT/ Data, to deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in an Insurance/ Reinsurance firm or with a Consultancy working with Insurance/ Reinsurance clients (preferably outward or ceded)
- Project management and effective change management skills to execute work through the various phases of the project lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in target operating models and process design & development, project and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives
- Willingness to travel as required
Qualifications
