Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of SAP security and authorization concepts across ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems
- Design and maintain SAP roles in accordance with GxP, SOX, and Genmab internal control frameworks
- Perform SAP user administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access reviews
- Configure, support, and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock solutions for access control and segregation of duties monitoring
- Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, and roles
- Support security integration with SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, and explanations related to SAP access controls
- Maintain SAP security documentation such as role concepts, procedures, and control descriptions
- Work in close coordination with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team members, including technical and functional SAP teams, for all security and access requirements
- Cook up day-to-day SAP security activities with external consultants providing additional capacity through the Application Management Service (AMS) team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security concepts and SAP Fiori authorization design
- Experience supporting SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine, BTP Security etc.
- Exposure to Pathlock access control

Pay
The proposed salary band for this position is $117,600.00—$176,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
