About the role
KPMG is seeking a Manager, SAP Security & Controls to join our Advisory Organization. This role focuses on planning and executing client engagements in SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments (including S/4HANA).
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle and provide strategic remediation recommendations.
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP security, automation, and SAP controls.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Help to coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team, and contribute to internal practice development initiatives.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent experience in areas such as SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, or data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field such as Information Systems, Accounting, or Computer Science is required.
- Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to recent versions of SAP GRC (10.1 or 12.0) and S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm, is preferred.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
