Manager - SAP Governance and Compliance
Position Summary
As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for the management, development, and strategic leadership of your team. This includes overseeing performance, managing deliverables, and ensuring the development and execution of the team’s strategic vision and plan. Your leadership must ensure that all team actions are fully aligned with the larger goals of the company and the IT Division.
Job Duties/Essential Functions

Listens, expresses empathy, and adapts to get points across. Addresses issues immediately to ensure a timely resolution and to avoid escalating the situation. Consistently demonstrates business knowledge during interactions with senior management.

COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY: Takes measures to ensure employee and member information is kept confidential and adheres to IS security policy. Identifies and champions innovative technology solutions, including automation and predictive analytics, to enhance Crossdock and Return Depot efficiency. Maintains business relationships with all levels of Crossdock & Return Depots management, technical teams, and associated vendors. Maintains current knowledge of managing large scale, complex projects concurrently, including developing strategies with cross-functional teams across a wide variety of disciplines. Maintains budgeting and portfolio finances. Travels occasionally based on business needs.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications Required
5+ years of experience with SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
5+ years of experience with SAP Change Management and transport governance
3+ years in IT operations, application management, or business team leadership
3+ years in business relationship management, including executive-level stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge of information security frameworks, ITGC controls, and compliance methodologies
Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale, concurrent SAP programs
Strong communication skills across technical, business, and senior leadership audiences
Recommended Experience
One year or more of tenure in current role (for internal candidates)

$137,000 - $200,000, Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) eligible

This is a full-time management/leadership position (45+ hours per week)
