Responsibilities
- Lead SAP business process design and transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, and other enterprise functions, helping clients define future-state processes, operating models, functional requirements, business roles, and transformation roadmaps across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Apply SAP functional and business process expertise to design secure, simplified, and well-controlled SAP environments by translating business processes into effective business roles, access models, segregation of duties requirements, and embedded controls.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformations by evaluating business processes, security, and controls to improve process efficiency, automate controls, reduce risk, and advance clean core and operational excellence.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business process owners, functional teams, technology, security, risk, and internal audit stakeholders to align transformation, governance, and control objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior associates while contributing to practice development, training, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP business process transformation, SAP ERP implementations, SAP S/4HANA transformations, enterprise application governance, SAP security and controls, or related SAP programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, accounting, supply chain, engineering, technology, or related field preferred; or high school diploma/GED plus seven years of relevant SAP implementation experience.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP business processes across one or more functional areas such as finance/controlling, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, manufacturing, asset management, or other enterprise functions, including experience translating business requirements into practical SAP solution designs.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including business process transformation, security, controls, business roles, segregation of duties, SAP GRC, access governance, or related risk and compliance capabilities; S/4HANA transformation experience is highly preferred.
- Project or team leadership experience, particularly within consulting or professional services, is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business and technology leaders.
- Ability to travel 50-60% or as needed to support client engagements.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Certifications such as SAP functional certifications, CISA, CISSP, or other relevant SAP or risk certifications are a plus.

Pay
California Salary Range: $114,095 - $268,180. Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
