- Administer and configure technical connections within SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite, or corporate enterprise middleware.
- Perform cross-system technical troubleshooting to isolate, identify, and remediate data blockages and connection dropouts across multi-system pipelines.
- Create release strategy for projects and run-state systems; ensure transport changes move through the landscape.

- Lead the planning and execution of release activities, including release plans, coordination of testing with Business Process Owners and SAP functional/technical teams, and communication of release status to stakeholders.
- Govern SAP changes to the Change Advisory Board and ensure compliance and audit requirements are met before moving changes to production; facilitate CAB meetings and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.

- Establish and enforce release management processes and best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Request system copies/refreshes through the RISE portal and execute post-refresh application-level activities.
