Manager Sales Projects and Planning

About the role

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX or New York City, NY. This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into project plans and develop timelines and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Lead project calls including agenda creation, meeting facilitation and follow up management.
• Identify project risks or roadblocks, escalate issues, and support mitigation planning to keep projects moving forward.

How You'll Collaborate With Others

• Partner with Sales leaders to understand project objectives and business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify dependencies, and ensure delivery of milestones across multiple initiatives.

Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of

• Document business processes, operational workflows, and requirements while supporting the testing, rollout, and adoption of new tools, programs, and processes within Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS).
• Create and deliver clear project communications, including executive updates, presentations, project timelines, and status reporting for leadership audiences.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

• Five (5) years professional experience
• Three (3) years in project management, sales or related fields
• Experience driving executive communication and stakeholder management including VP+ level storytelling and experience influencing team members and driving outcomes without direct authority

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• PMP or other project management certification
• Familiarity with project management tools including Airtable and Smartsheet
• Prior experience in hospitality or B2B sales

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $77,500 – $100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role out of one of our offices in McLean VA, Dallas TX, or New York City NY (min 3 days a week onsite).
