About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proven track record in sales and sales enablement, specifically within the CES Sales - Automotive & Manufacturing sector, focusing on selling DXC's consulting, engineering, AI, and digital transformation services to automotive and manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage various sales cycle demands effectively
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy
  • Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement within CES Sales - Automotive & Manufacturing
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with CRM systems
