Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions
  • Create a positive and motivating environment that fosters teamwork and high morale
  • Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a related role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in sales metrics and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
