Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance performance
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions
- Create a positive and motivating environment that fosters teamwork and high morale
- Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a related role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in sales metrics and CRM software
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
