Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present customized product pricing, product promotions, and discount proposals backed by financial modeling to grow sales orders.
- Analyze geographical and customer data to identify high-potential opportunities and craft tailored sales order solicitation techniques.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives using ROI, payback, and scenario analyses.
- Maintain accurate reporting of shipments, depletions, and analyze performance vs. forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support demand planning through run-rate and pipeline insights.
- Lead the annual sales planning process, including monthly business performance rhythms.
- Engage corporate sales operations to address customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in commercial finance supporting sales order development, FP&A, or analytical roles (spirits/CPG a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
