Manager, Sales & Marketing

Major Responsibilities

• Forecasts and plans individual and team selling target, executes and drives results to lead & meet a set target.
• Responsible for exploring the market for new in-vitro Diagnostic (IVD) equipment's in Bangladesh.
• Provides sales and marketing reports to the management in a regular basis.
• Responsible for frequent market visiting to build relationships to ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
• Evaluates the team's performance to identify the development scopes for their career progression.
• Carries out any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 8 years
• Education: Bachelor in any discipline
• Skills: ICT Sales, Technical Sales, Responsibilities, Technical Sales, Sales Management, Sales Targets
