Manager, Sales Enablement (NJUS)
About the role
The Manager, Sales Enablement leads, coaches, and develops sales enablement professionals within the NetJets sales organization. This role sets enablement priorities and drives the programs, tools, training, and AI capabilities that guide where and how the sales team focuses its efforts. The Manager partners closely with executive sales leadership to translate strategy into actionable enablement initiatives, ensuring full adoption of tools, effective training and development, and the continuous evolution of a world-class sales organization aligned with NetJets' overall sales and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales enablement professionals, including program managers and sales analytics resources, providing day-to-day guidance, performance feedback, and development
- Set enablement priorities for the sales organization, ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives that improve seller effectiveness and execution
- Own the design, rollout, and ongoing evolution of sales enablement programs, including tools, processes, and content that support the sales motion
- Lead the introduction, adoption, and operationalization of AI-enabled sales capabilities, ensuring they are practical, usable, and embedded in day-to-day sales workflows
- Translate sales strategy, performance data, and market insights into clear, actionable guidance that helps sales leaders and sellers focus on the right activities
- Drive full utilization of Salesforce CRM and related sales tools, reinforcing best practices, data quality, and consistent usage across the sales organization
- Develop and maintain sales analytics, reporting, and dashboards that provide visibility into activity, pipeline trends, and performance drivers
- Own sales training and development programs, ensuring sellers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to succeed
- Foster a continuous-improvement, insight-driven culture that supports the development of a world-class sales organization
