Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational excellence in a busy ED, overseeing daily staffing, patient flow, quality and safety standards
- Mentor nurses and support evidence-based practices, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, faith-based, whole-person care
- Manage budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Support staff development and foster a compassionate, mission-driven environment
