Responsibilities
- Manage and provide operational leadership for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
- Plan and organize operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery
- Establish compliance protocols in accordance with standards and regulations
- Identify best practices and standardize workflows for improved efficiency
- Develop and manage operational budgets to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on initiatives and resolution of issues
- Provide guidance and intervention in complex patient care situations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (SOPS)
- 5 years of recent relevant nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and team-building
