About the Role
The Manager Endo has direct line responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall responsibility for the endoscopy suite. The Manager will ensure effective management, good communication, and appropriate discipline among employees. Responsibilities include 24-hour coordination of patient care, administrative and nursing activities, as well as ensuring the quality of care provided and the implementation and evaluation of all nursing care and related activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulation required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- 2+ years of experience in endoscopy nursing required
- 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
