About the role

The Manager of Revenue Enablement oversees the strategy, governance, and utilization of RevTech platforms, including Highspot, Gong, and future technologies. This role ensures that all sales teams are utilizing these tools effectively and that the organization can demonstrate clear value from its investments.

Responsibilities

  • RevTech Utilization & Platform Governance

    • Owns the strategy, governance, and seller experience across Highspot, Gong, and future RevTech platforms.
    • Drives adoption, utilization, and process compliance across all enablement platforms.
    • Identifies and addresses non-compliance issues proactively.
    • Builds frameworks to measure RevTech value creation and connects platform engagement data to sales productivity outcomes.
    • Develops automation workflows and AI-powered surfaces to guide sellers on the right content and coaching signals.
    • Produces and owns cadenced RevTech performance reporting for GTM leadership.
  • Intake & Request Management

    • Serves as the single point of contact for all sales and revenue team requests related to enablement.
    • Buils and manages a transparent intake and prioritization process.
    • Triage requests and collaborates with marketing to ensure adequate coverage and enablement.
  • Content Library & Knowledge Management

    • Owns the centralized sales enablement hub, tracking content usage and ensuring relevance.
    • Establishes and enforces version control processes and notifies stakeholders for content refresh.
    • Builds automation workflows to surface the right material at the right time.
    • Partners with marketing to provide content impact analysis and gather field feedback.
    • Connects content usage data to performance signals to identify gaps and prioritize updates.
  • Sales Communications & Internal Engagement

    • Distributes timely and relevant information to sales audiences.
    • Owns cadenced enablement emails and enables the field with adoption and performance metrics.
    • Works with GTM leadership on enablement initiatives to support execution and field engagement.
  • Enablement Strategy, Cross-Functional Alignment & Scope Boundaries

    • Aligns enablement content and programming with CRM data, pipeline analytics, and sales performance telemetry.
    • Collaborates with Marketing to ensure clean handoffs of launch content and tracks adoption post-launch.
    • Identifies skill or knowledge gaps based on performance data and recommends targeted enablement interventions.
    • Supports the broader "Precision Enablement" initiative by developing data-driven learning paths tied to measurable sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent requests and priorities.
    • Excellent collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • PREFERRED:

    • Experience in a b2b SaaS company, preferably in a vertical market or public safety/healthcare-adjacent space.
    • Familiarity with sales enablement hubs or content management platforms.
    • Proficiency with tools commonly used in sales enablement material delivery.
    • Working knowledge of learning management systems or on-demand learning platforms.
    • An analytical mindset with experience using data to identify enablement gaps and prioritize investment.
