Manager Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data for patterns.
• Develops proposals for long and short-term goals, objectives, and strategies for prevention of net revenue decline and management.
• Prepare reports and analysis as needed by leadership on performance.
• Affords assistance with onboarding, hiring, and training.
• Ensures team’s compliance with productivity and issue resolution.
• Facilitates and leads virtual and in-person team meetings to review goals and key performance indicators.
• Manages staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings as needed.
• Distributes encounters and work assignments in applicable applications.
• Assists in the planning and structuring of the department workflow for improvement of net revenue increase.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum three (3) years in Team Lead or supervisory experience in corporate or healthcare setting
