Manager, Revenue Cycle Analytics - Full Time Days - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, and complete analytics projects aligned with HFHS goals and objectives.
• Oversee the building of underlying data architecture, metrics development, and target setting.
• Develop and implement robust analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle results.
• Work with company stakeholders to understand key problems and how analytics can inform real-world tactics.
• Lead the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in analyzing data, synthesizing raw data into actionable information, and recommending process improvements or organizational changes.
• Manage analytics projects, routine reporting, and overall team capacity.
• Understand complex revenue cycle, clinical, and operational practices and act with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required.
• Management experience in revenue cycle, finance, health care data analytics, or consulting preferred.
• End-to-end revenue cycle operations including patient access, charge capture, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, payment posting, collections, and revenue optimization.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Project management experience preferred.
