We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to parse content: The job description includes many paragraphs. We need to create sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (core essential functions), Requirements (education, certification, experience, skills), maybe Benefits? Not present. Pay/Schedule not present. So we should not include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). There's none. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. Many bullet-like sentences separated by semicolons or line breaks. We can convert each duty into

  • . Probably group under Responsibilities. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (core essential functions broken into categories maybe but we can just list duties), Requirements (education, certification/licensure, prior experience, other skills and abilities, physical requirements). Could also have a section for Specialty Essential Functions? Might be part of responsibilities. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

for section headings. Could we use

? Not allowed per instruction: use

for section headings. So we cannot have subheadings other than

    . Could we still use

for each category? That would be many sections but maybe okay if each has substantive content. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should limit number of sections. Perhaps we can have one Responsibilities section with a
