Manager Regional Value Analysis - IL/IN

About the role

Candidates need to live within IL/IN region. Purpose: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors a Supply Chain Leader actively:

• guides, trains, mentors and monitors Supply Chain colleagues
• contributes to the development and execution of Departmental, Ministry and System Office based strategic plans
• provides operations &/or optimization leadership focus
• balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration
• accounts for the performance, regulatory readiness & results of a single large, strategic area in a medium to large-sized single functional domain within a limited geography and/or a defined segment or service line

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline
• Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams

Physical And Mental Requirements & Working Conditions

• Rare clinical / patient facing work environment
• Continuous work time indoors (subject to travel requirements) under temperature-controlled & well-lit conditions
• Occasional lifting, up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Frequent travel & use of computer
• Continuous sitting & may require rare long periods of continued walking, standing, stooping, bending, pulling & pushing
• Indirect / Healthcare Support Services: (OSHA: Healthcare support services mean services that facilitate the provision of healthcare services)

Pay Range

$98240 - $147360 per year

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
