Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of the Field Recruitment team.
- Lead the day-to-day activity of the team, partnering with operations leaders and hiring managers through the full life-cycle recruitment process.
- Support the design and build of a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
- Develop the talent team's goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand.
- Recommend and implement both digital marketing and grassroots recruiting efforts. Execute, optimize, and expand where needed.
- Lead the talent team’s launch and ongoing support of new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
- Support the establishment and tracking of recruiting metrics.
- Create remarkable hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring teams through refinement of internal processes and systems.
- Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform leadership and managers about changes in regulations.
- Participate in the hiring and training of staff.
- Develop and mentor recruitment team members and be responsible for employee improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- One (1) to three (3) years of management experience in recruitment; at least five (5) years of experience overall.
- RPO or Staffing experience a plus.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams specializing in high-volume, non-exempt hiring, with a heavy focus on process and recruitment marketing.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional associates.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather.

Pay
USD $70,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 / year.
