This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage the long-term rates work stream for RMI, developing strategic goals and tracking progress
- Serve as a subject matter expert on rate design opportunities
- Oversee the development and quality control of in-house analytical tools for rate analytics
- Develop presentations, research reports, and other materials for external audiences
- Synthesize complex technical information into clear findings and recommendations
- Facilitate working sessions with internal and external participants
- Build relationships with industry partners and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, public policy, finance, or a related quantitative field
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in building decarbonization, utility regulation, or clean energy policy
- Direct experience managing staff or leading project teams
- Demonstrated capability to oversee quantitative analysis in electric rate design or building electrification economics
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, including budget and timeline control
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating impactful deliverables
Pay
$105,230 – $129,696 annually
