Responsibilities
- Oversee, organize, staff, direct, and control the Department of Radiology within the medical center.
- Supervise all administrative and technical service of this department, delegating appropriate responsibilities to supervisors and coordinators.
Qualifications
- Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Master's (MA/MS/MSN/MBA/MPA) degree or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with EPIC HIS system preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Current Radiologic Technology Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
- Required licensing for any imaging department modalities.
