Manager - Radiology

Overview This role manages a high-volume Imaging Center, overseeing various Radiology modalities, a lab, and patient access departments. The manager is responsible for daily operations, personnel management, and financial oversight to ensure quality patient outcomes across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Reporting to the Director, they ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant radiology services. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services and equipment to meet departmental and patient needs.Direct radiology functions through scheduling, evaluating staff, managing supplies, and coordinating clinical activities and communication to deliver quality care.Lead performance improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of quality and safety.Support continuous learning and compliance through educational activities and staff development. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years of progressive clinical or supervisory experience in Radiology or a high-volume radiology department.Proficiency in radiology equipment and techniques, with ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB registration required.Strong management skills in supervising personnel and managing resources.Licensure by recognized radiologic technology boards and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
