About the role
The QA Manager leads a team of Specialists responsible for promoting Quality Assurance throughout the division.
Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Systems and related manufacturing products and processes throughout all stages of the manufacturing life cycle.
- Review and approve internal and external communications related to Customer systems (e.g., PPAP or other new model documents, customer defect investigation responses, etc.).
- Review and approve internal and external communications for any problem investigation-related activity.
- Collaborate with other leaders on campus or division projects.
- Evaluate team performance and coach team members to promote their development.
- Gain approval for and maintain the department budget.
- Develop and maintain an annual Quality Improvement Plan for related divisions.
