Manager, Quality and Service Line Accreditation
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Professional Nurse (RN, IL)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- IHI Open School Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety within 1 year
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 1 year
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
- Quality - 1 year
- Process Improvement (preferred)
- Change Management (preferred)
- Team Management (i.e., charge nurse, lead, supervisor)
Responsibilities
- Ensure clear communication, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with the Director to analyze current practices
- Set measurable goals
- Lead initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes
- Lead and coordinate projects designed to advance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and track progress toward strategic objectives
- Serve as an outcome's liaison on initiatives/processes:
- stroke
- sepsis
- NDNQI
- mortality review
- HAC/PSI
- Assist with HRHC Quality oversight
- Review cases for opportunities based on Vizient and other data sources
- Represent the Quality department at high level meetings
- Assure timeliness and efficacy of team response

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $47.38 per hour - $81.49 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
