Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager Public Relations 2 to lead the program communicator team. Reporting to the director of Strategic Communications, this role is responsible for leading the team, prioritizing workload, developing and mentoring team members, and supporting the strategy and execution of external‑facing communications.
This position may be based in Melbourne, Florida; Palmdale, California; or El Segundo, California.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for creation of content for business focus areas and priorities.
- Partner with communications colleagues to develop a holistic and integrated communication strategy to achieve business and communication goals.
- Prepare and share metrics on communications efforts and leverage those results to evolve strategies and approaches to achieve business objectives.
- Prioritize workload and develop/mentor team members.
- Support the strategy and execution of external‑facing communications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing and
