Manager, PSC Program Operations

For a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Manager of PSC Program Operations to join their team. This role focuses on operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are critical to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. The role is remote and open to U.S.-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations for compliance and service levels
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 direct reports and 30+ indirect reports
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and conduct performance discussions
• Oversee onboarding and training needs assessment for new hires
• Track program metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate to develop enhancements benefiting patients
• Respond to inquiries regarding program design and operational workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years’ experience in contact center, specialty pharmacy operations, or healthcare
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics experience
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Effective communication and change management skills

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
