Manager, Project Management-Global Payments Network
As a Manager, Project Manager on the Global Payment Network’s International Pricing team, you will sit at the intersection of global commerce, financial strategy, and operational excellence. In this strategic leadership role, you will serve as an architect for our global pricing operating model, leading cross-functional initiatives to refine, modernize, and scale our pricing architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
- Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time.
- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.
- Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive project delivery.
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project/program efforts.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly structure work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through leadership.
- Use excellent communication and partnership skills to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s / MBA degree
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with data analysis
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours.
- Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700
- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400
- New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200
- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
