About the role
The Manager, Programmatic position at Digital Matter is responsible for overseeing programmatic advertising initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage programmatic advertising campaigns to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop and implement programmatic strategies that align with business goals
- Monitor and analyze programmatic data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising or a similar role
- Experience managing multiple programmatic campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Qualifications
- Experience with programmatic platforms such as Rubicon Project, OpenX, or MediaMath
- Knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms)
- Understanding of ad serving technologies and ad formats
- Experience with data-driven decision making

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
