Manager, Program Finance & Control Cost Analyst (Remote)

About the role

This role will oversee financial planning and control support for major development programs, with a strong focus on earned value management and program performance tracking. You will partner with program teams and external customers to maintain cost and schedule visibility, strengthen baseline discipline, and support decision-making on complex defense-related work. The position also plays an important role in proposal support, reviews, and compliance activities tied to program execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial administrative planning and control support on major development programs
• Develop and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline for earned value management
• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure and CWBS Dictionary
• Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and variances
• Ensure compliance in EVMS implementation through standardized processes and audits
• Interact with external customers for cost and schedule data
• Support program review processes and proposal development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• Proficiency in program controls and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines or similar software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
