About the Role

As a Teller at Capital, you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions—it's building lasting relationships with members and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Identify member needs and refer them to appropriate credit union products or services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Assist with opening and closing accounts, issuing debit/credit cards, and resolving member inquiries.
