Manager, Product Marketing (Remote)

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to create clear and compelling product narratives
• Develop and manage the holistic product marketing roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Implement scalable go-to-market processes and monitor 3rd party tool effectiveness
• Collaborate with Product Managers to represent product 'voice' and tailor marketing materials accordingly
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive product marketing strategies
• Define training priorities with Sales Enablement and prepare effective sales resources
• Foster a high-performing team environment through coaching and continuous feedback

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS Product Marketing
• 3-5 years in a managerial role overseeing a marketing team
• Degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or Computer Science is preferred
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Experience in developing effective sales tools and training programs
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Demonstrated track record of managing and coaching team members

Pay

$120,000 – $170,000 annually
